The Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Bello Adoke (SAN) Wednesday applied to an Abuja High Court to withdraw the N10.2 billion libel suit he filed against former House of Representatives Member, Dino Melaye.
While moving the application for withdrawal before Justice Olasimbo Goodluck, Adoke's lawyer, Zekeri Garuba did not give any reasons for his client's decision to discontinue the suit.
He said he was only instructed by his client to withdraw the case and applied that it be struck out.
